Description	Proposed Amendments to the Articles of Association
The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad (“DOMINAN or "the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming 24th Annual General Meeting for the Proposed Amendments to the Articles of Association of the DOMINAN (“Proposed Amendments”). The Proposed Amendments will be set out in the 2016 Annual Report and will be dispatched to the shareholders in due course.
