The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that Corporate Guarantee of RM500,000 (Ringgit Malaysia : Five Hundred Thousand Only) has been executed in favour of Hume Cemboard Industries Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 579898-W), a supplier of DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Combi Trading Sdn. Bhd. ('COMBI') for the supply of goods to COMBI.
