DOMINANT ENTERPRISE BERHAD ("DOMINAN' or "the Company") Corporate Guarantee, Premier Woodprofile Sdn. Bhd.


The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee of RM11,000,000 (Ringgit Malaysia : Eleven Million Only) in favour of Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (“ALLIANCE”) to guarantee ALLIANCE for the Credit Facility granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Premier Woodprofile Sdn. Bhd., had been executed.
