The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that an additional Corporate Guarantee of RM9,500,000 (Ringgit Malaysia : Nine Million And Five Hundred Thousand Only) in favour of United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd ("UOB") to guarantee UOB for the Banking Facilities granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Ikta Sdn. Bhd., has been executed.
