The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that an additional Corporate Guarantee of RM5,500,000 (Ringgit Malaysia : Five Million And Five Hundred Thousand Only) in

favour of Hong Leong Bank Berhad (“HLBB”) to guarantee HLBB for the Banking Facilities granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Combi Trading Sdn. Bhd., has been executed.
