The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that an additional Corporate Guarantee of RM5,000,000 (Ringgit Malaysia : Five Million Only) in favour of Bangkok Bank Berhad (“BANGKOK BANK”) to guarantee BANGKOK BANK for the additional Banking Facilities granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Ikta Sdn.
