The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee of RM30,500,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Thirty Million Five Hundred Thousand Only) in favour of CIMB Bank Berhad ("CIMB") to guarantee CIMB for the Banking Facilities granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Bripanel Industries Sdn. Bhd., has been executed.
