Corporate Guarantee


The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee of RM10,100,000 (Fresh Corporate Guarantee that supersede existing Corporate Guarantee)(Ringgit Malaysia : Ten Million One Hundred Thousand Only) in favour of Bangkok Bank Berhad (“BANGKOK BANK”) to guarantee BANGKOK BANK for the revised Banking Facilities granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Combi Trading Sdn. Bhd., had been executed.
