The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee of RM5,000,000 (Ringgit Malaysia : Five Million Only) in favour of Hong Leong Bank Berhad (“HLBB”) to guarantee HLBB for the additional Banking Facilities granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Ikta Sdn. Bhd., had been executed.
