The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee of RM9,700,000 (Ringgit Malaysia : Nine Million and Seven Hundred Thousand Only) in favour of United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad ("UOB") to guarantee UOB for the Banking Facilities granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Jurihan Sdn. Bhd., has been executed.
