The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee of not exceeding RM14,832,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Fourteen Million Eight Hundred Thirty Two Thousand) in favour of AmBank Islamic Berhad ("AMBANK") to guarantee AMBANK for the Islamic Banking Facilities granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Wira Land Development Sdn. Bhd., has been executed.
