The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ('DOMINAN') wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee of RM12,300,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Twelve Million Three Hundred Thousand Only) in favour of United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd ("UOB") to guarantee UOB for the Banking Facilities granted to DOMINAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Ikta Sdn. Bhd., has been executed.
